    How do I get to the venue?

    What is the closest train station to Manchester Central?

    Manchester Central is a 5-minute walk away from Manchester Oxford Road and a 20-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station. Piccadilly Station is also just a 5-minute taxi drive away.

    Does it cost for me to register as a visitor to the show?

    Free tickets are available for those working in the public sector (central government, local government, third sector and wider public sector).


    Will I be able to print off my visitor badge at the venue?

    We have PC screen terminals for you to print off your badge at the registration counter. You will need to enter in your details and our system will be able to recognise these details if you pre-registered with us.

    Are all the sessions in the theatres free to attend?

    Yes, all the sessions across the five theatres are free to attend, though limited places are available. We do advise that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the session is due to begin, to help ensure that you get a seat in the theatre.

    How do I obtain a badge if I work in the private sector?


    Those in the private sector with responsibility and purchasing authority/influence in public sector procurement and commissioning.

    Those registering from suppliers or other types of commercial organisation may be required to pay to attend.

    Can I bring my child with me to the Public Sector Solutions Expo London 2018?

    We do not allow any children in the exhibition halls under the age of 18.

    Will there be WiFi available inside the exhibition halls?

    Free WiFi is available inside the exhibition hall via an easy to use, quick log-in page.

    How do I navigate my way around the exhibition?

    We have a floorplan available in the Public Sector Solutions Expo Manchester official show guide to help you navigate your way around the exhibition. You can pick up a show guide at the registration desks as you enter the exhibition. There will also be ‘You are Here’ boards distributed around the halls, or a member of staff will be happy to help you.

    From what time can I enter the exhibition halls during build-up?

    Free Space only exhibitors will be able to enter the halls from 08:00 – 20:00 on 19th November 2018
    Shell scheme exhibitors will be able to enter the halls from 14:00 – 20:00 on 19th November 2018
    Access for Deliveries only will be from 14:00 – 20:00 on 19th November 2018

    From what time can I enter the exhibition hall on the show opening day?

    Exhibitors will be able to enter the halls from 08:00 – 20:00 on 20th November 2018.

    How do I access the Exhibitor Portal and Manual?

    To access the Exhibitor Portal, go to the website homepage and click on ‘Exhibitor Portal’ under the ‘Exhibit’ menu, and then enter your login details. If you have not received these details then please email [email protected].

    You will find the Exhibitor Manual within the Exhibitor Portal, and this contains important deadlines dates and order forms, which will ONLY be available to main stand holders who have signed and returned their contact. It is very important that you grant access to the individual(s) responsible for managing your participation. Your unique access details can only be issued to agents and/or contractors on receipt of written authority from you.

    Is there WiFi available inside the hall?

    Yes, but it is highly recommended that you order a hard wire internet connection for your stand via the Exhibitor Manual, as the free WiFi is public and only strong enough to send and receive emails.

    Yes, there are several cloakrooms located throughout the venue.

    Deliveries & Collections

    You must be onsite to sign for courier deliveries to your stand – the venue or    organisers will NOT sign for these on your behalf and you risk having your delivery turned away.

    You will also not be able to deliver any items in advance of the event.

    Deliveries to the venue can only be made between:

    14:00 – 20:00 on Monday 19th November 2018

    All packages must be labelled correctly to ensure they are delivered to the correct hall and stand.
